COACH "DT" DANIEL THOMAS

OWNER + HEAD PERFORMANCE COACH
Coach DT is the founder of Dynamic Training and has been developing athletes since 2016. A former collegiate slot receiver, he created Dynamic Training in 2018 with a focus on speed, agility, and complete athletic performance development.
He specializes in speed and agility, athletic performance training, and receiver development, combining technical skill work with high-level movement training.
Coach DT is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Speed and Agility Coach, and Certified VertiMax Trainer. He has been coaching high school girls flag football for four seasons and brings real competitive experience into his training environment.
As a coach, he has worked extensively with High School Varsity football and basketball programs and has helped multiple teams go on to win section championships.
His approach goes beyond physical development — focused on building confident, disciplined, and high-performing athletes who can execute under pressure.

COACHES WHO BUILD BETTER ATHLETES

ASHLEY THOMAS
OWNER/ PERFORMANCE COACH
Coach Ashley is a former collegiate track and field athlete, competing as a sprinter and 800m runner, with firsthand experience developing speed, endurance, and competitive performance at the college level.
She is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with a strong focus on running mechanics and strength training for athletes.
Her coaching emphasizes efficient movement, proper sprint mechanics, and building strength that directly supports speed and overall athletic performance.

BILL THOMAS
OPERATIONS & YOUTH DEVELOPMENT COACH
Coach Bill, known as “The Godfather,” is the father of Coach DT and a key part of the Dynamic Training team. He plays an essential role in client experience, assisting with new client intakes, team enrollments, and general inquiries.
He also leads our junior class for athletes ages 6 and up, and runs a weekly 2-hour speed and football clinic on Saturdays focused on building fundamentals, confidence, and athletic development.
Known for his high energy and passion for youth development, Coach Bill is dedicated to helping young athletes grow not only as players, but as disciplined, confident individuals on and off the field.

CONOR KEEHLEY
SPEED & AGILITY/
STRENGTH COACH
Coach Conor is one of the original Dynamic Training athletes, giving him a firsthand understanding of what it means to develop as a complete athlete within the DT system.
He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and former bodybuilder with a strong background in strength development and athletic performance.
He specializes in building strength and speed for athletes through structured, performance-based training that emphasizes both power and movement efficiency.

SPENCER SNYDER-DIFFIN
SPEED & AGILITY/ JUMP TRAINING COACH
Coach Spence is a certified Speed and Agility Coach and VertiMax Trainer with a strong focus on athletic performance development.
He specializes in vertical jump training, jump mechanics, and speed and agility, helping athletes develop more explosive lower-body power and efficient movement.

CHET STERLING
SPEED & AGILITY/ PERFORMANCE COACH
Coach Chet is a former collegiate football player with multiple NASM certifications and a strong background in athletic performance, speed and agility, and mobility training.
He specializes in developing speed, improving movement quality, and building overall athletic performance through structured, detail-focused coaching.
