Athletes will be challenged with advanced training to improve their speed, agility, strength, explosiveness and reaction skills. Training is offered for Youth Athletes ages 8 & up, as well as, High School and College Athletes
Minimum of 10 athletes required. Training consists of 8 consecutive weeks, at a designated time slot. Your team can come to our facility or we can come out to your field!
Certified Personal Trainer, Coach Ben specializes is strength training for young athletes and adults. He is an all-natural power builder, completing his own transformation in 2018.
Former collegiate football player and Del Oro Alumni. Daniel is a Certified Speed & Agility Coach; has been training athletes since 2013, and established Dynamic Training in 2018.
Bella Vista Alumni and Certified Speed & Agility Coach, Spencer specializes in reactionary training. Coach 'Spence' works with athletes of all ages and sports.
